Interactive on line Self-massage, acupressure & exercises to harmonize our body systems 

We will learn self-massage techniques, exercises and stretching accessible to people of any age and physical condition:

Devote one hour a week to your personal well - being! It will help you reactivate your energy flow, learn tools to reduce stress and take care of yourself.

The classes are closely related to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu and Acupuncture - acupressure. In the sessions we will go through the 5 elements of TCM and learn a little about them. We will also use music, drawing, laughter... to connect with our body.

When?: Tuesday from 19.0020.00 (CET) online live and interactive (Skype).

You will need: comfortable clothes, a comfortable place to sit and lie down, a cushion and a blanket.
